At Svaraa, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@svaraacollections.in. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Kindly note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your jewelry upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return your purchase and, once approved, place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
